I am taking arimidex because I get a lot of bloat etc.. I know that .5mg can reduce estrogen by 50%... but what if my estrogen is not high at the moment? can that limit my gains? I know you need estrogen in your system so can adex reduce your estrogen too much if it is not high in the first place?

i was taking 1mg/day and my gains were the same...adex doesnt reduce igf-1 like nolvadex ...plus even at 1mg/day your only lowering estrogen by like 76%(something like that i remember reading somewhere) so u still have a suffic amount of estrogen..now an ai like femara would def hinder gains

you may be better off with a diuretic. they are generally cheaper than arimidex , given arimidex is quite pricey.
