reckon u wanna be at least 15% bf before starting mate.
weight to height measurement is never a good indication as it all depends on what body type someone is.
as in, an athlete can weigh the same as a couch potato, but one has low bf with high muscle mass while e other has high bf and low muscle mass. if u know what i mean..
