all help welcome, going to start my course real soon

jus got my injections all sorted for the course im going to run, its like this
week 1-16 test e 500mg
week 1-15 deca 400mg
week 1-5 prop 400mg
week 12-16 prop 400mg

my stats are...
190pounds
5'7
my age is 23, 24 in a few weeks
my body fat is now 8%
i train 5 days a week
this is my 5th course

my diet is this
Meal 1(8am)- 5 egg whites, bowl of cereal, banana, bowl of oats
Meal 2(11am)- Tuna, pasta
CARB SHAKE (12pm)
Meal 3(1:30pm)- Chicken breast, rice
Meal 4(3pm)-turkey breast, sweet potatoes
SNACK (3:30pm)- peanut butter butty
TRAIN (4pm)
PROTEIN SHAKE (4:45pm)
SNACK (5pm) – peanut butter butty
Meal 5(6pm)- tuna, pasta
Meal 6(8pm)- beef, home made chips
Meal 7(11pm)- chicken breast, rice
PROTEIN SHAKE (11:30pm)

rite i need help on how to run my pct, what pct would you guys recomend for this course, i can only get hold of clomid and nolva, how would use run these after the course
i was finkin 40/40/20/20 nolva
100/100/50/50 clomid
(i can also get hold of hcg but from what iv herd this can do more bad than good)

also at the begining of my course i want to run either d-bol or a-bombs, what would u guys recomend, i no people who take 100mg of a-bomb but most people i no only take 50mg of d-bol, is it possible to take 100mg of d-bol safely, what has worked for you guys, all in all iv done lots of research and i fink im more or less ther, anyfing u guys can add in to help me is very welcome, fanx very much brothers, stay strong

why are your running prop at the same time as the e in the end?

iv been told it can help u keep more gains, thats the advice iv had off a weight lifting champ i no and a few off this

Drop the test e the last two weeks and just run prop for the last two weeks so you can start pct sooner i.e 3 days after your last injection. I would shorten your deca to 14 weeks also and your diet could use work

+2 maybe drop deca 3-4 week prior to the end of cycle...

Do you have a anti estrogen on hand?

Have you ran dbol or drol before and at what dosages with what kinda results?

iv ran d-bol b4 with good gains but im quite intetested with the a-bombs,
iv jus got tamixifon on hand incase of gyno,
what do u think could be done to my diet guys

you runnin prop for kickstart so you could leave out the dbol/a

i wana run the test e for the full 16 weeks so i get the most out of it, maybe if i ran it like this
week 1-16 test e 500mg

I like the diet, you will have increase protien and/or play with it depending on your gains on cycle. There is nothing wrong with tweaking it while on as you respond to your aas.

Good to have the ai on hand might need it.

If dbol has worked for you before you might wanna stick to what works for you.

You have to take into account your prior sides. Some experience progestrone related gyno issues while taking deca/tren, deca/drol might cause that for you. Have you had progestrone issues in the past.

The sides are easier to manage with dbol. as long as you got an anti estrogen on hand you are gonna be fine.

MG for MG personally I don't think you are going to see a majical diff between drol/dbol, I personally did not.

nah i dont realy have problems with gyno it jus i seem 2 get bad acne on my shoulders and so on, nofink i cant liv with, what would be a good MG of d-bol, i was goin 2 run it around 60/70mg daily

What was your past dosage? Whatever that was thats a good point to start.

I really don't see a point for over kill... I did when I was younger but you have to take into account (experience here) dosage is not the majic answer... No one thing by itself is a 'majic answer'

personally I never ran dbol above 50mg.

NO. Don't listen to this advice. The way you have presented the cycle is perfect. Ride the prop in as a kickstart, and backload the cycle, I like it. No need to start the PCT early; however, I would use HCG, since this cycle is going to be nearly 5 months. I'd start it at week 8 - 18 @ 500iu split twice throughout the week. (250iu every 3rd day)

I'm really liking the look of this cycle buddy. I'm doing one almost identical in September, except I'm dumping up the dosages of test and deca to 600mg. If you're looking for a kickstart at the beginning I'd run BOTH d-bol & anadrol. Great synergy between the two..

If it was me, this is how i'd do it:

weeks 1 - 5 d-bol @ 50mg ED
weeks 1 - 5 a-bombs @ 75 - 100mg ED

But if you don't want to mix two orals, then just go for the anadrol @ 100mg ED.

I'd start with 50mg...

Last time I ran D-bol I stayed at 50mg for 4 weeks, and then dumped the dosage up to 75mg for weeks 4 - 6.

weeks 1 - 5 d-bol @ 50mg ED
weeks 1 - 5 a-bombs @ 75 - 100mg ED
week 1-16 test e 500mg
week 1-14 deca 400mg
week 1-5 prop 400mg
week 14-18 prop 400mg

(I LOVE the look of this cycle) lol.

disagree i would drop the test e 2 wks prior and run the prop out for the last 2 wks,, no point running almost a gram of test a wk so close to end of cycle.

Well that's fine. running the prop as a backload from 16 - 18 would be ideal from blood-levels you're right; however, I notice that sometimes only 500mg of test begins to produce less gains (especially on a longer cycle) @ around week 14 or 15... so that nice prop dump will help produce additional gains at the end of the cycle.

Start the PCT 3 days after your last injection of prop.

That PCT looks perfect. Like I said before, I would definitely incorporate the use of HCG though..

If gyno flares up use nolvadex at 10mg ED until symptoms subside.

I think you both have a point.

It is true that dropping the dosage might result in less gains

It is also true that if you ran long ester or certain aas (deca here) to the last of the cycle in place of changing to a shorter ester, the PCT time would have to be adjusted....

Really though the issue is the person themselves.
In this case you got a guy that is going off all aas V. some one that cruises on 200mg cyp EW for a period of 10 weeks or what have you.

what needs work in his diet btw? In almost every single thread people say "Diet needs work" without posting anything about why...

Exactly. The cycle that is proposed here is essentially a 5 month cycle. So with PCT time he'll be on AAS for nearly 6 months. Which means, this is going to be the only cycle he'll be able to do this ENTIRE year, seeing as he will have to spend the next 6 months recovering his natty-test. That's why I'm suggesting this particular cycle... he's only got 18 weeks to get as BIG and jacked as possible, might as well go big or go home :D lol.

you are still a young man, do not over do it bro.....
