38 plus needing some cycle advice
I am just looking for some advice along the way here. To start I am nearly 39 years old, 5 foot 11 and currently 185 lbs (guessing about 20% body fat). I am looking to start another cycle. I do have a little history with anabolic ’s, College I ran a makeshift cycle of Sustanon without any PCT (before PCT was cool I guess…. Early 90’s. Over the past year I have run 2 cycles, one 7 to 8 weeker of Test Enth Only and more recently a 8 weeker of Test Cyp only. The cycles were dosed at 600mg a week and 500 mg a week respectfully. Ran PCT My regimen right now and for the past few months has been Workout M-F 2 a days. 7am to 8am is a solid 30 minutes of cardio work (128 BPM on the bike or treadmill), Afternoons consist of the usual, back bi’s / chest tris/ shoulders/ leg / and a miscellaneous day. I am ready to get going on another cycle. I can get (legit) Test Cypionate , Test enth, and Deca right now. What would you suggest and what would you guess my gains would be on a clean diet and training. My goal is to stay at about the same level of body fat and get to about 195 lbs and keep it all. I will try and post some photos of where I currently am it in a bit. Let me know about my BF levels… I might be off

weeks 1 - 14 Test-Cyp @ 600mg (inject every 3rd day 300mg per injection)
weeks 1 - 12 Deca @ 400mg (200mg per injection; and inject with the test - same time)
PCT starts 18 days after last shot of test-Cyp.
IMO I'd throw some d-bol in @ 40mg for the first 5 weeks as well.. but if you can't get it then no problem

Thanks man.
Thoughts on BF? And what about keeping the cardio at 30min daily during cycle?

Can you guys help me out here. Seems like I get tired of the yo yo effect. On cycle I feel great nice and lean but when I go off I loose allot. I train just as hard. Eat right but I just waste away. Thoughts or fixes?

Diet needs looked at closer. Have the guys in the diet section take a look at what you are eating on a typical day
You have done several cycles, and your body weight is STILL below what you SHOULD be able to get to and maintain WITHOUT steroids !!!! at 5'11" you should be able to get to at least 200-210 NATURALLY with diet and training alone.
That is causing part of your Yo Yo effect and will continue until you get a better more stable diet

You think a natty 220 at 38 years is a reallity? I can get to 170 if I do to much cardio. Diet could be a part prob.
Pct question. I like clomid.
