100lbs of muscle
LOL, why are there so many funny posts today? To the OP, there is no magic number. It depends on so many different things. Age, weight, height, diet, training, type of gear, genetics, the list goes on. The weight of 100 lbs was sarcasm my friend. Please do some research... ANd don't ever do any AAS for a loooong time...
depends on what you take...
I am on week 2.5 of my cycle. I gained 10 lbs but that is just from my diet and my training. Gear hasn't even kicked in yet...
yes he was winding you up /pulling your chain/ having a laugh.
i know about that there are other factors, but i wanted to know from people how many lbs did they really put on. also its hard to know sarcasm in a forum. also this one guy put on damn near 100 lbs with only 2 cycles. this guy just literally blew up with muscle.
1000 pounds...give or take 10 lbs. That will take some time though.
Good luck
15 to 25lb is a good one
anybody else that can answer my question? i am just curious.
45-50 after pct!
Im on week 7 of a Cyp/Deca stack. Gained 4 pounds so far....... but Im down almost 2% on BF. Have veins showing in my arms and shoulders Ive never seen before.
Gear anit about total weight! Your diet decides your weight gain, not steriods!
Well, here is an abstract way to answer your question honestly. Knowing my body, how I eat, gear, and how I train, I know what to expect. I am looking to gain between 20-25 pounds. But again, I know my self and how my body reacts to certain lifting techniques, diet, and gear well enough to estimate my gains. I am also hoping to keep 15-20 lbs during my PCT as well. This was most likely the most difficult thing for me to plan. Again, I did a lot of planning for this. It takes time to learn, plus I am a pesimist when it comes to my training. If I get more gains then wonderufl! If I keep more during PCT then excellent! I work extremly hard in the gym, like most poeple here, and I work hard with my diet, like most people here, and I will be working hard at my PCT, like most poeple here. If you lack on any of these you may as well use creatine. Steroids take a lot of knowledge and work to get and keep any gains. Make sure you have the dedication to the gym, the money for your clean diet, and the knoweldge to keep up a good PCT. It takes a lot of
energy and commitment..
Also, just a note on how well I planned. I have my summers off. I understood that I would have the time. I planned out my entire summer training schedule, diet schedule, and gear schedule according to the time available. I know what to eat when, what muscle group to work out when, and obviously my cycle and PCT schedule. This is planned out for the next three months on my training planner. It took me a long time to plan this out. Some people may say it is a little obsessive, but to me I need this type of planning to stay organized with my training and my diet. It is important to me, and to a lot of other poeple on this forum. If you don't have the dedication then don't take the next step..
thank you enerybody for your answers. i was just curious.
My body is a temple...
Everyone is different. It will come down to your diet and exercise routine. You should do some more research.
