1st cycle recommendations!

I have been training now for about 18 mths but the past 6 mths i have started to take it more serious! I was wondering what would be a good cycle to use to get ****** up and not gain to much mass? i am 29yo weigh 99kg and am 6 foot tall! if that helps

whats your bodyfat% if your bodyfat is 15% and under i would say

test e 500mg a week
250mg every 3.5 days

make sure got pct in order

PCT is your Post Cycle Therapy , your diet needs to be posted, if your diet is no good then head over to the diet forum and those experts will help you get on track. Without a proper diet and workout disipline, all the aas in the world wouldn't matter at all.

x2 and make sure diet is in check. Do you know what PCT is? If not , research more bro. Educate before you medicate.
