Does anyone know how to avoid bruising during a delt injection? I don't bruise everytime but I hate it when i do... I don't want to be working out at the gym with a pin bruise on my shoulder... lol

Do you feel your hands are stable or do they move a lot when injecting?
I get bruising once in a great while but only on my glutes,never had an issue with delts.
moving the needle can cause some bruising
also hitting veins can as well

hahaha ok... i think it could be the clen making my hands not so steady... ;p I'll keep an eye on being a bit more focussed and still next time. Thanks!!
