IF you are in mid cycle, and dont have access to training for about a week due to an unplanned trip or work, wold you continue to inject through the week or would a week off the gas be detrimental to the cycle??

Hard to answer without knowing the esters involved, but I would never skip a week during a cycle.

If you take a week off your gunna throw your blood levels outta wack. If it was me i would continue to inject and focus hard on my diet. A week off just may be a well deserved rest for the muscle.....
