    Problem Losing That last bit of fat On the Lower abs...

    My problem is I'm 25 5'9" 187pounds Solid ****** Like top 4 abs show w/o flexxing and I have lines and definition Coming from my side to my abs, my entire body is cut up.. and yet I still have little fat on my lower abs and love handles and Not a bit of fat anywhere else... Except I have this pinch of fat on my lower abs and Love handles thats pissing me off lol...

    Currently Running ...

    400mg's week of Test Cyp... 6weeks in..

    I have 50 25mg Anavar tabs I could run starting tommorrow think thats a good idea or too early? Its just really pissing me off I can't get rid of this last bit of fat..

    I wanted to order some t3 from Arr but it seems they are out of stock...

    My Diet Kinda looks like this so any suggestions would be appreciated...

    5am - 6 EW's 1/2 Cup Oatmeal...

    7am - 2 Scoops Myofusion..

    9Am - 4EW's Turkey WW toast or 6 Boiled EW's

    11:45am - Brown Rice and Chicken..

    3pm 1-2 Cans Of TunaFish with balsamic vinegar..

    5pm - Slice of WW toast and Peanut Butter and/or an Apple..

    8pm - 2scoops Myofusion..

    I train 5-6 days a week. I always start My workout with 10 Minutes Cardio.. and I try to do 30 minutes after my workout 3-4 days a week since its summer. I'm afraid that might be hurting my gains, but at the same time I need to get rid of this last bit of fat its driving me nuts..

    I feel awsome aside from that, Best shape I've even been in as far as being lean goes..

    You know the answer, Diet and cardio. More water intake also and less salt.

    I would cut out one of the Myofusion drinks also.

    Id take out the dialy PB and replace with something else..or at least eat it ealrier in the day.
    Diet though you can tweak it a lot...and in order to get extra lean you need to do extra cardio. Lose some gains? maybe but if you're patient and not looking for results overnight you'll keep most all your gains

    Ya, Pretty much what I figured I mean I can't complain its just a matter of time. I've have such great results, but you know how it is, Never enough. Pretty much every part of my body is solid throughout the day... Do you think the Var would help with that at all, as well as continuing my Cardio and Diet.. Or should I take something else to help a bit, like t3, clen, Or even Liptoflame... Thanks for the support... Also if you have some easy things, I could throw in my diet just name them, and I'll switch it up. Its just thats easiest for me atm...

    I think since you're already on Test and lean the Anv would not hurt. I have to be honest and have never ran it but ive heard good things. That or Winny prolly wouldnt hurt anything though

    I Have about 25 Amps Of winny too that I got last year, I was always kinda afraid to use it. Cause I've heard some bad stories about people lossing alot of hair from winny lol.. That and complaining about joints.

    Yeah a lot of people dont like Winny for that reason,but a lot of people love it too...just depends on the person ya know. im almost 3 weeks in on Winny and love it to be honest but im not really prone to hair loss and im trying to be aware and cautious of the joint ligmaent situations...

    do you cardio 1st thing in the morning before your 1st meal! makes a big difference

    Ya, I know. Thats just tough I get up for work at 430 as it is to get up even earlier would suck lol...

    I might go with the Gh next year, But I'd start it in April or so.... too late now..

    Clen would help. But like everyone will say AM cardio empty stomach is the best. A little sacrifice but its worth it bro.

    GH should be ran for at least 6months and if you run a year even better

    Do 30 minutes of cardio 10 times per week do not cut out your fats you need fats or your body will hold on to the last bit and it will be like forever to come off. I was doing 3 hrs of cardio per day ( No Lie ) just before my show for 2 weeks straight and barely noticed a difference in my lower abs I was still pinching about 1/2 inch was driving me crazy. Some Pro asked me what was my fat intake I said all I took in was what was in my boiled chicken or Oatmeal naturally he said NO GOOD you should be taking in about 32 grams per day I really dont know if this will work but I am going to try it comes August How long have you been dieting ? Just remember if you can see a drastic change on the rest of your body it will just take a little longer for the mid section unfortunately men seem to hold a lot of fat around the mid section.     Thats the last place the fat leaves,you have to loose more weight maby 4-5 pounds.

    Cardio, up water intake, watch the salt, and some time...This post is wrapped up.

    Alright Guys thanks for all the advice I'll step up my cardio. I just didn't wanna go too crazy cause I was always told if you cardio too much you'll lose alot of gains from your cycle or that it would hinder ur gains... thanks again!

    at 4ius i see it in the first couple weeks call me crazy but seriously. really get crazy at about 3 months
