    nice stunting.
start by tweaking your diet and training. read all the educational threads in each section and go from there.

well there ya go !!! DIET is 89 % of losing fat... steroids do NOT make up for poor eating habits.

if you want to lose more fat, you got to dial in the diet for fat loss

at your height, steroids really wont' do you any good seeing as how you are LIGHT for even a 5'10" guy

6'3 fat 185 you're light bro, compared to most guys using AAS at least. Im 6'0 and 205 low bf and i consider myself really small although i have no intentions of being BB i still know where i stand lol

Your diet bro is what you need to work on. Soda? seriously? not good man but not end of world. If you were to add AAS with a crappy diet all you'd most likely do it add fat bro.

ok, just to give you a comparison . at 6'3" your natural potential lean weight is about 240-250 lbs

    I am 5'11" and currently a lean 260

its OK to be skinny if that is the look you want...nothing wrong with that... just keep in mind you are talking to mostly bodybuilders

wow thats a good one the rr has a lot better balance point as far a endos go but the sub frames are weak but the make after market ones if I had my pic it would be the rr the only reason I'm rocking the f4i is my 636 front end broke off during a stoppie in a show not fun at all

    sticky about Bodyfat..

wondering if we could get 5-6 volunteers that would post a pic with a correct BF percentage.
For instance instead of all of these people giving stats and not knowing thier BF thwere would be pictures.\

One at say 6-8% one at 10-12% one at 13-15% one at 18-20% and one at around 25% that way they could lok and get a good gestimate of thier own bodyfat for thier correct stats

well, I am NOT under 10 and dont want to be at my age..... my pics are on my profile, but they are at about 225 not my current 260.
I actually dont' like my pics cause I think i am too small,,,,, go figure.... need to get GF to take some current ones, but I wont' like them so ........and I am about 15% now

call around to your local gyms, see if they have personal trainers that KNOW how to do bodyfat measurements with calipers..... tell them you are considering joining or tell them you will pay them to figure your bodyfat.....they SHOULD do it for free, seeing as you could be a potential client.

    thats probably your best bet

Is this all a joke? srsly

Just about any gym you could walk in and request a bf reading and they would do it for you...of maybe a friend knows how to use calipers, its not difficult
