newbie to "this world" absorbing info

ok so i posted an oral vs. injected qq and well i guess pin's are the way to go.
now i understand that a newbie cycle should consist of basicaly test-e and a good pct got it. also i get it that i need to eat a crap load of protien and keep my diet in check. as well as suffer through cardio 3-4 times a week. (hate cardio)

so i guess the question is for a guy that is....
    26 yrs old
    15-16% bf.
    260 lbs.
eats protien like every 5 mins
work out weights 3x a week
    cardio 3x a week
and i work 9-10 hours a day construction (so its not like im on my arse 8 hrs a day). what doses should i take (test-eand how often) and how much harder should i train to maximze my gains... should i try to eat more? and i appologize if this is posted in the wrong place in advance.....please give a brother a hand. also i will be taking pics from this cycle and keeping a very close record of all strength weight and stamina gains.

    how tall are you?

the normal beginner dose can be anywhere from 250-500 mgs/week

You should list a typical days food intake with the times you eat to give us an idea of your diet as that is the MOST important part of this and will determine your gains or loses

i bolded the parts that need work. your food choices are very poor. nothing was mentioned about pre and post workout nutrition. and i can bet you couldnt even begin to tell me the macros. spend some time in the diet forum my friend. also think the bofyfat should be a little lower IMO.
