    Arrow <--Help! Test sides?

So a friend of mine is on a 600mgs ew of test e. He's about at wk 10. He's telling me that his body is itching. Especially on his thighs back and shoulders. He has no acne present, no redness, no scars...nothin. He's getting a lil concerned of what it is. Has anyone had similar issues. If so what were they and what worked to get rid of them? Thanks for any help.

    you need better search skills.

search, advanced search, titles only, itching.

Its official. No one knows what causes this itch, what it is, and what the hell is going on. You would think given the amount of people who get it, there would be some mention of it in literature, but no. godamn it all.

I'm going through the same exact symptoms as your friend...I'm 3 weeks into a test C cycle, and itch like crazy and even have signs of hives in certain places.

I will get these welt's in areas like my elbow and fingers. Everywhere itches. The welts are actually filled with clear fluid too, and will burst under pressure.

I had itchy nipples as well so I started dex and Nolva. I'm hoping the bodily itching is just an estro side that will get cleared up with meds above

    my two cents real quick.....

I go tanning alot and when I'm not going for while I'll get burnt but, its not like a normal burn. I feel itchy all over. I've seen alot of people get this if they are just starting out tanning.

    Is your "friend" tanning maybe?

he might just be a little tingly from all the test in his sytem! 600mg EW is a fairly high dose plus what were his levels before he started he could have had abnormally high natty test levels and with an additional 600mg EW, he is just itching from all the test. could be as simple as that

a thought just occurred to me. I had to go see my dermatologist on my last cycle due to pytosporum pholliculitis. Essentially its chest/shoulder acne (could be other places) that is caused by an imbalance of fungus on the skin (don't freak out everyone has fungus on their skin its normal as well as bacteria)

Normally these two microbes are in balance however if the balance is shifted towards the fungus, then they will flourish in your pores and cause these nodules that look like acne but are not exactly the same. If you guys have ever had them you know what I'm talking about.

I learned all this from my derm, and one of the first things she asked me after viewing me was, "Are you taking steroids ?" I was honest with her and she told me that steroids will cause this imbalance. She didn't lecture me which was cool, and gave a script for Diflucan which is an anti-fungal pill. It cleared me up within 3 days and the scars eventually healed.

Anyways the reason I bring this up, is I know that I am prone to have this imbalance on almost every cycle I take. So I wonder if it's the fungus that is causing the itchiness. Some might say well I don't get the acne but I still itch, well maybe the fungus overgrowth is not bad enough to clog pores, but could still make them active enough to make you itchy.

Well it's just a thought, I feel like Tyrone from the Chappelle Show skits right now scratching myself. I'm calling the doc today to get my script renewed, I'll let you guys know if it works.
