I have a really hard time loosing weight. My diet looks like this;
A protien shake first thing w/chromium, vitamin, and ALA.
About 3 big cups of coffee.
we need macros for the meal, make sure and include if you use milk or creamer in your coffee
a little later..sometimes b4 sometimes after the gym I have a 1cup of steel cut oats w/protien powder (jay rob usually) and a few pecans.

dinner varies but sometimes it might just be a lean cuisine other times some chicken or last night steak and salad. I rarely eat red meat.
I do not eat sugar or enriched flour.
At night I might have a bowl of yogurt w/blueberries and a tablespoon of peanut butter b4 bed.
I am now doing 4-6 IU's of hgh daily 3iu a 3 iu p (just bumped my dose as I have some generic stuff) been using hgh for about 3mos..

Today I started
100 mg Durabolin (not deca) the nandrolone Phenylpropinate. every 3 days
150 mg Test every 3 days
25mg proviron daily.
I plan on doing the dura/test/proviron/ for 8 weeks.
goal is lean out and add strenght and mass....BF % must be @ 18-22%
...people say lean up b4 starting but I don't lean without starving...insulin resistant?
PCT...I am thinking clomid...
for that cycle you need nolva/clomid/hcg and possibly aromasin
should I modify this or just quit it all and sit in front of the tv and die in a few years an old fuk....lol
Honestly, I am pretty fit but just big..no gut hanging over my pants (I can still c my dik when i pee) but I do carry some extra weight.
So what do you think?
