This is what I am doing....
I am 50yrs old 280lbs...workout 6 days a week (intense). Heavy weight, jumping rope, misc cardio machine..usually stair mill. I have a calorie counter (polar) and almost always burn 900-1200 cal in about 1.5hrs. I don't chat or fuk around...I just workout and sweat a lot.
I have a really hard time loosing weight. My diet looks like this;
A protien shake first thing w/chromium, vitamin, and ALA.
About 3 big cups of coffee.
a little later..sometimes b4 sometimes after the gym I have a 1cup of steel cut oats w/protien powder (jay rob usually) and a few pecans.
another protien shake.
protien / carb lunch...
dinner varies but sometimes it might just be a lean cuisine other times some chicken or last night steak and salad. I rarely eat red meat.
I do not eat sugar or enriched flour.
At night I might have a bowl of yogurt w/blueberries and a tablespoon of peanut butter b4 bed.
I am now doing 4-6 IU's of hgh daily 3iu a 3 iu p (just bumped my dose as I have some generic stuff) been using hgh for about 3mos..
50mcg t-4. (just started)
Today I started
100 mg Durabolin (not deca ) the nandrolone Phenylpropinate. every 3 days
150 mg Test every 3 days
25mg proviron daily.
I plan on doing the dura/test/proviron/ for 8 weeks.
goal is lean out and add strenght and mass....BF % must be @ 18-22%
...people say lean up b4 starting but I don't lean without starving...insulin resistant?
PCT...I am thinking clomid...
should I modify this or just quit it all and sit in front of the tv and die in a few years an old fuk....lol
Honestly, I am pretty fit but just big..no gut hanging over my pants (I can still c my dik when i pee) but I do carry some extra weight.
So what do you think?

Have you been blood tested for free test levels and tyroid?

first off, i don't think you should cycle at that high of a bf%, too much risk for water retention and high blood pressure which at your age could be dangerous, possibly fatal
i would like to see a pic with the face edited out
your diet is horrible, all protein shakes, very little solid food
WRITE OUT EVERYTHING YOU EAT FOR A DAY, then figure out the macros for it and each meal and post for a proper critique

What's up man. Alright.. so I'm guessing you're using Test-Prop? If not you should extend your cycle to compensate for the long esters (if you're using test-e or c extend cycle to 12 - 14 weeks).
Also, I'd definitely change up that NPP schedule. Start injecting it every 2nd day. And I'd up the dosage man... 200mg a week??? that's considered a barely therapeutic dosage. If you're looking to use the NPP for cutting I'd bump dosage up to at least 300mg EW. (disregard this this if you're only using NPP for joint lubrication, etc)

i would clean up my diet and cut down some more. You prbably have a great base under that. A few months and couple perentage lower you would have a greta cycle. Have you had blood test done? I would. Just best at you age. What kidna of health are u in>?

I second that... with you using test now its gonna F up the blood test results on the free test level....
But, Surfice it to say a 50 year-old will qualify for hrt or trt in most occasions.
I would also do a tyroid test.
Once you combat all your medical issues if you any, continuing training, and cleaning the good old diet will work wonders.

I would get on TRT run a low dose of test and a longer term say 75mg cycle of anavar with some liver support pills. Keep the diet in check, sound like with that level of exercise and a good diet the lbs have to start coming off....
GH if you can afford it should burn some fat nicely too...

i would do buy test 250 and just run it for 10 weeks... and run t3... just a low dose.. and try to lose about 30lbs... then take a 15 week break from the test while still dieting and taking t3. (i know some people say you need to get off of the t3, but i have taken it for 4 or 5 months continuously and i'm fine.. with only a month or 2 in between sometimes longer and im just fine....) but i know everyones different.. thats just what i would do.. whatever you decide good look...

I did the blood test b4 i started anything...well i was using the hgh...i was getting life ins. they are sending my the blood test.

Agreed, until I got educated I had no idea my doc knew nothing about test levels and had NEVER checked them.
Educate yourself here on what they should be. There are 1000s of post on it. Read up, get your levels checked. If you doc doesn't understand go to either a longevity clinic or an endocrinologist.
