Training- I like my rep range in around 8 reps for three weeks then I add weight so the rep range is 5 reps for three weeks. This little formula has given me some very nice strength increases. There are other shock methods I throw in as well.
Diet- At one time I was on a 6,000 calorie a day diet, no junk just good clean caveman food. Will be returning to that diet soon., well before I begins any cycle of course.
