    test only cycle

    Im 28, 6 ft, weigh 180, been training for since 2005. Thinking about using test cypionate for hopefully no more than 2 cycles. I was hoping to just use test without other bulkers. Considering the following what do you think. Is it a good idea? Will I hold at least half my gains?
    Training- I like my rep range in around 8 reps for three weeks then I add weight so the rep range is 5 reps for three weeks. This little formula has given me some very nice strength increases. There are other shock methods I throw in as well.
    Diet- At one time I was on a 6,000 calorie a day diet, no junk just good clean caveman food. Will be returning to that diet soon., well before I begins any cycle of course.

    test only is a good place to start as long as you have everything else in order.
    you have anti-e's as well?
    what are you running for pct?

    Well I have not decided if Im gonna use nolvadex or clomid for pct but thats the next thing Im gonna look into. Of course I will not start anything until I have it all decided and on hand.

    Nolva and clomid should both be used in pct, but you will likely come to that conclusion on your own since you are willing to do some research instead of just jumping in blind and uneducated. Good choice on that by the way!

    i think you'll be fine with just nolva 20mg for 4 weeks after the 2 weeks after your last test shot.. if that makes sense lol.. if your that worried through in some hcg.. i always did just fine on nolva 20mg on a test and dbol only cycle. good luck

    By that do you mean start pct 2 weeks after last test shot?

    I was reading about pct a few months back and I came across info that you start pct two weeks before last injection and continue for 4 weeks.

    2 weeks after last shot of test e. Thats the norm.

    Lay it out for us.....I gotta say that with your stats and that diet...idk....just doesn't add up.

    Hes saying if your were taking in 6000 clean caolries which is very hard to do, at 6ft tall you should be way over 180lbs

    ^^ FOR SURE... 6'1 180 is light for your height. 6000 is indeed a lot of fricking calories if your eating clean.

    Understood, its something I had once worked myself up to betwwen food and shakes. I did it for awhile. Not current though. I felt it worth posting to show that I understand whats required.

    Heres my bottom line....if you are going to cycle...just do test c or e for 10-12 weeks...you could hit the 200 lb mark with proper training and diet...keeping those gains are entirely up to pct and diet post cycle not to mention training post cycle...

    Well I'll tell you guys something. It did cost me money when I was doing it. I had a sweet job at the time and have another one lined up mid fall. Around spring I plan on taking action.
