aspirating difficulty

hey guys,
aspirating is a difficult task for me... its not so bad for glute shots but for delt shots it a problem... how do u guys aspirate when hitting delts? seems like i need an extra hand! i would appreciate any techniques you guys find makes it easier.

with thumb and hmm i forget the finger.. ahh the middle finger, Hold the plunger with those two fingers make sure you have good grip and with pointer finger push on the syringe and pull with your middle and thumb at same time..works for me hope this works for you.

Guessing you're not too flexible. I'm not either and between the last cycle and this one, I've gotten too big to do delt shots myslef. Used to be my favorite. Now, like H Bomb, I have someone else do them for me.
