anybody try Girondas 8x8 training program when on juice?

8x8 dosent sound bad it puts you in line for hypoertraphy i would ent use it alot but sounds like another kinda fad thing plus 8 sets is alot of toll to put a body part through try 8x5 increasing weight

i think its good for building up smaller bodyparts but i think i would lose strength d power on it
