to good to be true?
I have read a few posts about Yohimburn and how it reduces estrogen fat. Its sound great, but is it another great story or does it work?
Couldnt you just make your own with some yohimbine and aloe??

I've seen positive feedback from many people about it, so I know it does work. As for making it yourself, I only heard of one guy doing it who ground up yohimbe pills and mixed them with vaseline then spread it on his abs and wrapped saran wrap around his torso while doing cardio. Didn't sound like it was worth the effort or too pleasant.

btw- a topical caffiene gel would be far more effective than prep for the diuretic effect.

yohimbe bark CAN and SOMETIMES does contain yohimbine (though usually less than 2% by wieght.. and that is total yohimbane alkaloids.. not counting the other less wonderful and side effect ridden alkaloids found in this tree bark extract)
