    cutting help!!!

    so i figured out that yar i got diet issuz so i'm completly redoing my diet with proper ratios of macro nutrients more frequent meals maximizing those balances for time of day vs. activity and the sort now my question as there any thing i can pin or pop to help fast track my fat cutting???

    thx inadvance and again only been here a few days and the info and help has been amazing....

    just found out im 19-20 % bf
    my training has been only for strength ie. powerlifting
    26 yrs old
    but i am getting very serious about diet and work outs and was wondering if theyre was any gear that would assist with getting me cycle ready sooner ie. ready for my first test-e cycle would like to cut down to the 14-15% range

    Huh? You want to take a "cutting" steroid to get you ready for your first steroid cycle?

    Bro I would just visit the diet section here, pick one that fits your needs to achieve desired bf and stick with it for at least 3-4 months without any gear.
