    drinking

    is it ok to have at least on Guiness a week while on test. if not then ok. im just used to having on every other day or so. its screwing up my habbit LOL

    umm i would say try not to on the day of the injection but u should prlly ask aomeone more experienced

    dude you'll be fine... just dont ever do it... most people are going to tell you not to... when im on i just tone it down.. have a few beers but dont get wasted every day.. maybe once a month.. lol.. or a week straight on spring break.. in moderation is all im saying..

    really, fck me then right. drinking in moderation is fine. I drink usually once every two weeks but dont go crazy

    I plan on cutting out all alcohol when I start my cycle. I mean why take the chance?

    of course you can have a beer or 2 if you want. it definatly wont kill you and unless your training for olympia go for it

    Well iv had a few big nights out when i was on cycle i don't like doing it but it was for friends bday's etc and did it on the WE when i wasnt training. I mean i don't even like drinking, but when i start i cant stop. Its kinda why i took up BB so i can stay clean and healthy otherwise i would of been a hard smoker and alcoholic runs in family.

    I used to drink a 30 pack a night and half a bottle of Jack . Now I just drink 3 a week or sometimes 1. Thanks guys

    one or two are ok. Will shut down fat burning and hamper protein synthesis while your body is metabolizing the alcohol. But under a 6 pack a week and i think you will be just fine bro. I wouldn't see it making too much difference either way.

    My cycle is once a week, every Sat. morning. Usually later that night I usually drink a few beers and a couple mix drinks and get a pretty good buzz but not knockdown drunk. Never had a problem. In general, moderate amounts of alcohol also have ways of improving good cholesterol by at least 10 to 20 percent and it prevents blood from clotting in a way similar to aspirin. Alcohol gets into the blood and has effects everywhere but there's lots of evidence that alcohol use in moderation reduces heart attack, stroke and dementia. Beer is gooooooooood.
