    Some help please

    This is my first anabolic cycle im gonna take deca an prop for an 8 week cycle to start out any suggestions tp take properly my buddy has done several cycles and is helping me out but wanted to hit up some other opinions

    Personally, test only would be a great beginner cycle. I wouldnt mix a 19nor for your first cycle.

    And ummm.. you definitely did not give us enough info to go off of !!

    Stats... Age, height, weight, years training, bf%... and NO LYING !!

    And... Prop needs to be shot EVERY DAY !! EVERY OTHER DAY at the very least... hope ya knew that...

    DO YOU KNOW WHAT PCT IS??

    Shouldn't use DECA in your first cycle...

    and there is whole slew of things that go into this man...

    ANABOLICS is not something that should be taken lightly... THEY CAN SERIOUSLY MESS YOU UP FOR LIFE !! NO JOKE !!

    A lot of people dont know that they are all like ok I will do some steroids Get big and be all set... NO !! That isnt how it works at ALL !!

    274lbs
    breakfast eggs oatmeal than 3or4 hrs later a bar or shake than lunch whatever i can get thats higgh in protein than a bar or shake again 3 hrs later than supper
    body fat not sure never done it but not a fat ass but not a cut up mutha
    been working out for 6 yrs
    like i said my friend been doing the shit for yrs an this is what he said i should do but I wanted to hit others up an see what u all say

    What u suggest

    Just do the test for my first cycle and hold off on the deca i def not trying to **** my shit up at all i thought for sure he would have knew not to deca for the first cycle ive done bull shit pro horomones like havoc an shit an never really got nething WHAT U GUYS SUGGEST DOING FIRST

    Unless you are just HUGE and solid muscle you need to work on your diet a lot, 274 lbs, that's pretty big and I would guess 20% body fat if not more.

    You need to get down to 15 or less before you do any type of cycle.

    Test first cycle.And have proper PCT in place.Deca shuts natural test down hard.Not good for first cycle.I always suggest Test E 250 mgs x 2 week. For minimum of 8 weeks, out to 10.This way you will know what is doing what if a problem arises.Save the deca for the next time.The Deuce has this wrapped up.
