    Post Breif History & 1st time cycle question...thanks fo the help

    Hey guys, im new to the board and have been enjoying all the great info ive found so far. Ill start with a short history of my journey to a perfect body thus far. Right now im 25 years old and as i look back into time these memories come to mind... I was the chubby kid all through school, not obese but deff chubby, I was a big time stoner and party animal most of my late teen years. It dawned on me one day about 1.5 years ago that i was really not making any headway in life, and my entire lifestyle was shit...not to mention i was extremely out of shape weighing in at 215lbs @ 5'9" FAT. I decided then and there it was time to make a change, i started working out 5 days a week and made some good progress in a few months withought any major change in the way i ate. i managed to get down to 205lbs lol... next i went and saw a nutrionalist who helped me get onto a diet plan and i dropped to 195 and hit a plateau...i started on e/c/a and have been using that on and off for the last 6 months and ive gotten down to 184lbs as of today . Im very happy with the results ive made this far, but now id like to add someting else to accelerate my fat loss. Ive been researching clen /t3 for years, but knew i should wait untill i was ready and made enough headway naturally before i used it. I know diet is the biggest part of any body altering journey as im proof of that with the results ive made thus far. My bf is still on the high side, at least compared to some of the animals that loiter around this board, but its not anything near what it used to be, not to mention im easily twice as strong as when i started.

    In my research of clen/t3 ive learned everything there is to know about it that i can aquire without first hand experiene. Ive ordered clen/t3 and i have ketotifen already for up regulation of beta 2 receptors that accompanies clen use. i am aware of all the risks associated with clen and t3 and i think im ready to take the plunge. I have also got my hands on some O.T. from a good buddy of mine who suggested i use it when i asked about something fairly mild i could use as a 1st timer. He suggested 50mg ED for muscle sparring during the t3 use, and he also said i may even add some lbm if my protein intake is high enough. I want to run both clen/t3 for 8 weeks ramping up slowly to gauge tollerance and down to be safe. i want to run the tbol 10 weeks and use eca for the last 2 when the clen/t3 is done. i also have nolvadex for pct im gonna use 40/40/20/20 protocol as this was suggested to me also.

    I thought it best to come here for the final say. All you pros out there what do you think?

    what are your thought about this cycle and how ive planned it out?

    GOALS for this

    then layout your diet in meals and macros so the diet guru's can get a look and tweek it as DIET is 89% of anything you will do here

    bf im not sure of...but above 15%

    goals for this are to get down to 10%bf or lower if possible and to maintain lbm at a minimum, and if possible add a few pounds of lbm.

    im really not sure of bf though i jus ordered calipers so ill know for sure in a few weeks...but thats a guess if it means anything at all

    my diet works out to be
    280 g protein
    120 g carbs
    100 g fat
    @roughly 2400 cals

    lots of tuna chicken fish and lean red meats
    lots of green leafy veg
    some fresh fruits
    carbs are taken in @ breakfast and pre-post workout only
    most of protein comes in form of whole foods, a few shakes a day if needed
    i eat every 2-3 hours while im awake
    no refined sugar
    minimal processed foods if any @ all

    thats basically howive been eating over the last year now...although i have fallen off the wagon a time or two along the way

    oh yea... i will not be drinking any liquor at all if i run this cycle...i rarely drnk anyways

    The diet guru's will need a better layout of diet, as in what EACH meal consists of on a typical day. not just lots of this and lots of that

    but it doesn't look bad

    Clen /T3 isnt' bad, I don't like the T3, but thats just me, I don't like messing with my thyroid

    I will see if I can get the diet guys in here for you, or you can start a thread in teh diet section and they will get in on this for you

    sounds good mos... ill head into the diet forum... as far as the cycle goes... do you think it is parrallel to my goals assuming diet is good?

    for you my friend lets start out liek this. NO CYCLE. youve plateuad because your body has adapted to the diet you were on. if you are caloric deficient and had a carb up refeed 1 time weekly youd increase leptin which in turn will turn your body into a fat burning machine and throw off your metabolism.

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    Listen to Eatrainrest, I asked him in to help with diet first. clen is ok once you get your diet set up correctly and can help burn more calories

    also with your caliper measurements.. they will probly be way off you should try a 9 site pinch which fireguy1 has a sticky somewhere i thinki in the BB forum on this site. have an experienced trainer tell you how to properly use them the results will vary.. i repeat will vary it will take alot of practice.

    im no expert but i go to school at npti and if you need help with a diet layout or how to use calipers i can give you a write up but just by looking at it your diet calories are way too well carbs if i was you id try and get that upp mabye try cycling them

    thanks for the offer randyman... im waiting on my callipers to arrive, ive never used hem before, so i haveno idea how accurate im going to be... i could deff use some info on the matter f u find the time
