    Question best dosage for best results

    hey guys ive got myself 20ml of sus 250 in 1ml amples straight from a doc. ive also got 100ml of test enanthate from a bladder ropel brand, and 100ml of properienate or however its spelt from a bladder too all trusted sources. just curious on any advice as to how would be best to take it cycle length mls per week etc? should i add anything to it? or swap something for something else? i will be training solid stuck on home detention not much to do but eat sleep and train, ive got a massive home set up invested alot of coin ive also got the option of getting either clomid, arimidex, noveldex or clembutt wich is the better of these? im 30 95kg 6'1 been training on and off gear since my early twenties i know a bit but any extra advice is always useful let me know what you think guys thanks............................................ happy training

    IMO its kinda like asking what car works best for you.. Everyone has a different need in life and body at that... Eitherway...........

    Well start with a base of test e @ 500mg Ew and Then you can either add some propionate at 200-300mg total per week done in EOD shots for 4- weeks or so until the E kicks in.... Or do the same thing with the Sust

    i suggest researching your PCT..... for a simple test only cycle.... both clomid AND nolva should be used. Always have extra nolvadex or an AI such as a-dex on hand incase gyno symptoms appear.


    There is no "set" dosage to see "better" results. Most people start at 500mg's of Test/week for their 1st cycle but there are some who use less. Ideally tho, one would use the least ammount of gear that still yields good results. How much weight you gain is going to depend solely on you..... your diet, training, and rest.....

    I would run it something along the lines of this:

    Wk 1-5 500mg prop/wk
    Wk 1-10 500mg enathate/wk
    Wk 11-13 500mg prop/wk
    Wk 14-17 PCT (definetly learn how to post cycle before starting)

    thanks for the advice guys cant wait to get into it, im looking into the nolvadex and clomid now..just another question whilst still wanting to gain the mass but reduce the waistline simutaniously is three 45minute sessions of reasonably intense cardio a week adequate without taking away from my gains? i heard to much can dig into the muscle should i be doing more or less? my diet is all healthy plenty of rest and very intense weight sessions i plan to do it early morning empty stomach on my road bike with a magnetic trainer..
