I am 25....5"8..I dont know what my body is..Im 160 lbs.....I am not fat I used to wrestle but sorta let it go in college..
No cyle Experience first time using also

4 weeks
I did work out in High school...but I always broke a bone in Wrestling right when I would gett realy into it....So I am planing on this cyle to burst me into the world of weightlifting...
So I have been working out for about 4 weeks

you need time to build up your tendons and joints. you need to work out for alot longer than 4 wks before gear. Try about a year of good trainng and diet and you may get to were you wanna be naturally

test e or c is highly recommended for a first cycle with the proper pct. also your diet has to down pat. what is your diet like?

Well my diet it really good...I working really hard at this..with good sleep......160-170 ggrams of protein....good healthy breakfast...snack then lunch..preworkout snack..and then dinner....try very hard to stay away from sugars..I am wroking very hard at this....an I send you my diagram

You need to build a base first . 4 weeks is not enough . Keep doin what you doin and wait till muscle paltue. Meantime, Do more research bro in the process.

You should NOT be using steroids just yet. you need to give your body a chance to get to its natural potential IF you plan on keeping anything you gain from steroids.
4 weeks in the gym is NOTHING...... Try a solid year or two and see how your body responds to the correct diet and training FIRST
What is Ovinum and Legalon???

I think Legalon is similiar to Milk Thistle. I never heard of that other thing, Ovinum.

The Legalon is a Liver protector...and the ovinum is Clomid...anti-Estrigen....

Ovinum is a brand name of a Clomiphene Citrate. Just looked it up. Learn something new everyday.

Follow T-mos's advice..... keep away from gear right now as it's not a smart idea.
And to some of the new members here that recomended testosterone only for a 1st cycle...... Your heart is in the right place LOL but this guy should NOT be using anything to begin with. Before we advise him on what "gear" to use.... how bout we find out his whole story and inform him on the best course of action for HIM at this moment..... Which happens to be tweaking his diet..... his workout routine...... and telling him to make the most progress int he gym naturally for right now so he doesn't hurt himself.
To the OP..... you weigh 160lbs..... and your only consuming 160g's of protein. You my friend need another 80-160g's of protein..... and a sh*t ton of good carbs to start packin on some weight. Head over to the diet forum and let those knuckleheads get you on the right track

the thing is, if you just woke up tomorrow with an added 20lbs of muscle, you would almost certainly injure yourself, because your connective tissue, joints, etc are not prepared for the added strength. you need to train your body as a whole, and from where you are now nothing can replace those hours in the gym.

Who am I to tell anyone else what to do, but I just started my first cycle, and I weight trained for 10 years before making the decision to go down this road.
For the average person, they level of results they are after can be obtained with a proper diet, good training and determination.
