    Thinking about starting my 1st cycle... Need Advice

    I have been working on and off for probably 6 year (mostly off). The longest I ever went without stopping was 6 months 5 days a week. My biggest problem has always been staying motivated because I have a very hard time bulking up and seeing results. At the end of those 6 months I was about 175lbs and I have never weighed more then that. It is very easy for me to get lean I could drop to 7% BF without much of a problem but unfortunately it is not as easy for me to get bigger. I have considered starting a cycle several times but never as serious about it as I am now. I would most likely do a 12 week cycle of Test E and maybe stack it with dbol at the beginning. The advice I need from other members is whether or not I should start a cycle or am I not ready for a cycle based on my stats and training.

    Weight: 170
    BF: 10%

    In my opinion your weight is under par. With your height you should try to gain 15 pounds naturally. Go to the diet forum and start posting diet questions, ask questions here, and start training with motivation first. You need to get that weight up naturally before you start a cycle..

    I dont think your far away lol and your on the right tracks with that cycle however your diet may need to be looked at, also you need to train constantly before a cycle should be considered...

    gaining and keeping weight is all about what and how you eat

    steroids will not do much for you if you don't know how or can't stick with the proper diet for growth

    its like asking a truck to pull a trailer and not put enough fuel in the to go the distance

    your body needs fuel to FEED the muscles in order to keep the muscles

    Lets take a look at your diet. it may be a good diet, but it may not be good for growth.

    layout what you eat in a typical day along with times and macros if you have and we can help you reach your goals if you are willing to change a few habits and stay motivated

    I have always eaten alot and as much as I want. Everyone always wonders how I am not obese or even gain any weight. My fiance says she hates how I can eat as much as I do. For lunch it is not unusual for me to eat two foot long chicken parm subs. I was tracking my calories for a while but I am not currently. When I was I was always over 3500cal/day but ususally over 4k. Currently I am even taking ON Serious Mass to add 1250cal and I havnt seen a difference yet.
