    Anavar dosage help

    i am taking ana 60mg a day. since it has a 10 - 12 hr half life do i take 20mg 3 times a day or 30mg every 12 hrs. not sure which is the best way to get the best results. please help me out here

    personally a good rule of thumb is take it at half the half life for good stability of blood serum levels

    so in this case, the half life is 12 hours, so at minimum i would take it every 6 hours or 4x a day

    there are exceptions though, for example anavar doesn't aromatize due to it having an oxygen molecule at the 2 position creating a "heterocycle" and as it's already 5-alpha reduced therefore there is no way for it to be affecting my the enzyme 5-alpha reductase

    due to these two things(and the fact that it is very mildly heptatotoxic(liver toxic)), it would be taken 3x a day with very very minimum loss of effectiveness

    3x a day is what you recommend .. so 60mg would be 20mg 3x a day right?

    I took it in one shot in the late morning everyday and it worked perfectly for me.

    that should work fine, since it doesn't aromatize you don't have to worry about estro sides like you would from drol or dbol so you don't have to be so picky with the dosing frequency

    that being said, i've never cycled any AS so my info is based on the mechanisms as defined by chemistry, basically i'm telling you what the chemistry saids to do in accordance with what you are running

    One shot was an expression. I guess a bad one for this forum lol.

    I just took all 50 mg, 5 pills, in the morning at like 10 am.
