    IMPRESSIVE LIFTS..!!

WELL 1ST THING FROM ME IS I GOTTA SAY THOSE ARE SOME IMPRESSIVE LIFTS...2ND THING I WOULD SAY IS TO USE DECA ...ITS DOES HELP LUBE THE JOINTS. MAYBE DROP THE CYP CAUSE YOU ALREADY HAVE THE SUST AND PUT IN THE DECA...USE MSM, SHARK CARTILIGE, AND OR GLUCOSIMINE...LOTS OF IT..BECASUE OF THE AGE YOU STARTED IT MIGHT HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO YOUR JOINTS...BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT...THE LAST THING I WOULD SAY IS MAYBE LIGHTEN THE WEIGHT..NO NEED TO MAX EVERY WORK OUT...KEEP THE INTENSITY BUT WITH ALITTLE LIGHTER WEIGHT......GOOD LUCK

you may have tendonitis or something. you should heat it up before you lift and ice down when you're done. hopefully that will go away

From what you were on you shouldnt have had problems. Dbol should definitely have helped cure or prevent the problem. Have you been on clen , ephedrine, any diuretics, t3 or anything else that would have left you in minerals/electrolyte deficit?

You may wish to consider some dianabol to draw some water back in and also supplement with calcium, magnesium, potassium etc along with glucosamine complex

How about some rest! at your age and what you've put your body through, a little backing off couldn't hurt. Also, I know this might sound a little bit counterproductive, but don’t you think that a little added body fat might be beneficial to this guy? Those are some pretty respectable weights that he’s lifting. I know that a little extra meat helped me out when the weight started to pile up on the bar. JMO
