i'm not sure i ever heard of anyone running eca with clen..
t3 but you should be running an aas with that... my suggestion is run 75mcg t3 but no more, get your 6-7 meals in every day, and then start dropping food items that you know you shouldn't be eating..
100% glycogen depletion every day, and you will be melting in no time..

what spy said but also look at lipo flame or lipo stim...they work great with clen and you dont have to worry about losing muscle...

Glycogen manipulation would be a better word. Why are you asking what it is when google is maybe 2 clicks away? Read up more, you will learn and retain so much more than someone telling you.
Don't run T3 without AAS. Use diet + cardio to lose fat, you may help by supplementing with clen , and you may run T3 if you are running AAS with it.
