    Question

    I dont really know much about roids myself but i was just wondering is there any out there safe for a 16 year old to take?

    In one word, no. There are no steroids suitable for a 16 year old to take. Go do a search on teenagers and steroids and you'll find tons of posts about this topic. Eat right, train hard and you'll grow like a weed naturally.
