    Asking for help

    Hello Everyone


    I have been training for a few month now for 5 6 days a week. I have been taking Tren Bomb and pretty happy with the results and haven't received any side effects so that is good but wanted to find out would would be the next step of taking steroids preferably in tablet form, something that is not hardcore but is stronger then Tren Bomb. I would also like to loose weight is there anything out there that can increase the fat lose?

    Steroids are not the answer for you. Diet and training to get in shape are key. What are your stats?

    a few months training is really NOTHING and you shouldn't be using steroids just yet

    Diet chicken and rice every day
    goals are to loose weight and gain muscle

    i dont know my body fat percentage.

    I mean training every day for two month but i been doing wrestling and boxing for over 5 years.

    5'6'' at 209 lbs? And training for a few months? You are probably still really out of shape, learn how to diet and train properly and don't worry about any steroids .

    oK, we want to help you , but if we have to ask teh same questions over and over again, its going to take forever...

    DIET , please be specific.

    can you layout a typical days food intake, with the times you eat and the amounts you eat, how many meals per day

    telling us chicken and rice does not help

    DIET and food intake is the NUMBER ONE thing that will make you gains or lose you gains....steroids will NOT work without the proper food intake.

    1Meal: 1 bowl of Serial 9am

    2meal: chiken and rice medium plate 2pm

    3meal: usually some smoked fish 7pm

    as i said i am trying to loose some weight plus i am really not that hungry.
