Confirm my next cycle

6'2", 210lbs. 29yrs old. 3rd cycle and I want to do it right. Some advice please.

Wks 1-12 3cc/wk Aratest 250
Wks 1-12 2cc/wk Equipoise 200
Wks 7-12 3cc/wk Winny 50
Wks 13-14 HCG
Wks 15-16 Clomid

And I have Nolvadex , but I get conflicting views on when to take it.

I also have broken out bad with acne on my back and shoulders after my first two cycles (which both consisted of 12 weeks of the popular Sus 250/Deca 200 stack). I have vitamin B5 for it now.

Any advice would be great . . .

Run the winny wks 9-14 instead of 7-12. Avoids the gap before starting Clomid. 3cc/wk winny will only give you 150mg/wk, run it at 50mg/ED to get the benefits of it.

That's what i would suggest, run it till week 15 cause the eq takes 3 weeks to clear. Use the nolvadex if you need it...

I think I'd run the hcg earlier. A lot of people will even run it as early as week 8. IMO dont worry with the nolva unless you start to think gyno is a problem or lots of water ret.

I agree, don't use nolva if you don't need it, half the effect of the roids will dissapear then...
