    Depends on your stats (age, weight, height, bf%), goals, diet, training, etc...

    Why not post this information, and people can give you better responses...

    age 21,158pounds 5ft10" no sure of body fat. go to gym 4 times a week. all i want is bigger mucles

    Well at your age and weight it would be best to learn the importance of dieting and training. I'd hold off on AAS for a few more years till you peak naturally

    You have to understand that food will be the only way in order for you to get bigger.

    What does your current diet and training split look like

    So I am assuming you have never done a cycle?

    1st you're too young, your body is producting so much natural test right know and by shutting yourself down at your age can screw you up as you get old

    2nd your'e light, you need to go the diet section and work on it and at your age you can put on 10-20 lbs. of natural muscle over the next couple of years.

    3rd going to the gym doesn't mean your doing it right. Do some more research and you would be surprised what you can accomplish.

    4th we all want bigger muscles

    well it porrage in the mornig,fruit as a snack. 3eggs and 2 slice of bread and chicken or steak or sumthing sor dinner. ave got a muiltigym in my garage so use wrk between hour to hour and a half on punch bag and various weights. a couple of my mates took roid and went big and a do jst as much as them when am at the gym with them

    Yes with this kind of diet it would be next to impossible to gain

    Also you training sounds very unorganized like you have no goals set, You'll need to get you a barbell and design a better split

    There is much more to the process than just doing whatever. You need to hit every body part, that includes doing squats etc. IMO steroids should only be used by those that are dedicated and have learned their bodies enough and have also made good progression naturally. I mean who wants to be on the juice and still be weak, thats embarrassing in my opinion
