Help with first cycle
I'm sure you guys see hundreds of these threads a month, but I just purchased a cycle of dbol 50 mg capsules and I need some help finding the information I need before I start. This is my first cycle. The cycle comes with 20 pills, I only got 17 idk why there is 3 missing but there is. I'm 140 pounds, I'm looking to put on at least 20 pounds I can keep after my cycle. Whats the best way to dose with what I have, I was thinking gym 4 days a week, one pill before each workout at 5PM-6:30PM. I plan on taking in at least 3000-4000 calories a day, Mixed supplements and real food diet. Before I start there's a few things I've been searching to find, but I'm finding a ton of mixed information.
I already have puffy nipples due to genetics, and I don't want to get gyno. I've read up on Nolvadex , but I don't understand exactly where a reliable source to get it is, and how I should dose it throughout and after my cycle. Is Nolvadex the best choice to avoid gyno stacked with dbol or for post cycle use? Please give some recommendations based on my cycle plan for Anti-Estrogens.
What should I do to get my test back to normal after my cycle, and how can I avoid permanent dropping of my testicles?
Whats a good proven diet plan someone can recommend?
What are some good things to lower liver toxicity? I'll be taking dbol orally so I will likely need something to help lower toxicity levels from what I've read.
Before anyone gets upset with this topics, I'd like to through out a few things. Even though I have my dbol, I don't plan on starting until I have enough info to be completly safe. I understand it may not be the best time in my life to take dbol, but I'm choosing this path and understand some of the possible neg side effects short term and long. Thanks for everyones help, any links to articles are greatly appieciated, and while replys fill this thread, I will be searching the forum for more answers and searching throughout google.

youd should stack the d-bol with testosterone ....
take milk thistle for liver toxisity
buy water retnesion tabltes
run caber ..should help with testicles
run novladex
run clomid theapy after 3 weeks off cycle

dont do this. it is way overboard.
first, you are real young to be messing with steroids . you really need to go to the diet forum, at ur weight and age you can gain a ton natural.
you need to learn how to eat first bro, while doing that you can do a ton of research so in 4-5 years you can cycle with sucess...

PLEASE do not touch steroids yet !!!
you will be risking a lot and gaining NOTHING
dbol alone is NOT a good idea. have you done any research??
do you know what dbol will do to your HPTA?
do you know how the male body works?
can you post a typical days food intake and times you eat please?
as THIS will be the greatest thing you can do to make gains right now.
you need to be concerned with your diet, your HIGH hormones levels that you will be risking shutting off, and premature fusing of your growth plates...
Would you like to see 5'10"???

Alright my friend since Big has put the pressure on me I must live up to the hype.
First off you are too young and should hold off on any type of drugs. Why? Well at your age you test levels are at there peak and you should use this to its full advantage before they come down. Second at your weight you have yet to put in any quality time in the gym or on your diet. Do you really wanna be on the sauce and still be weak?? I'd be embarrassed if I could lift like a middle to high caliber high school kid during or after a cycle.
Its time to put work in on the things that matter first. Your diet and training. I see you say plan on eating 3-4000 calories a day. Well I do not understand why this hasn't already begun if your quest is to gain.
List your current diet and training routine.
Lets be smart and do it the old fashion way like I did and wait till you are at a respectable level of strength and muscle mass before you move on to drugs. You'll be surprised at the progress

There is ALOT more to this whole process then putting compounds in your body, training, and dieting. It needs to be calculated out and you also most learn how you best respond to training and diet before you begin a drug

And I hope the bodyfat is wrong at your height. We are trying to lead you in the right direction in order for you to get to your potential. This is a lifestyle and not something that needs to be done just when summer roles around or spring break cause the results are always less than satisfying... and you'll never, ever get there

yeh bro you are obviously someone who should not be doing what you are trying to do! 1st off you have only 17 pills! No injectables, no PCT and no knowledge of what you need or how to use them!! You need to learn the in and outs of what you want to take and then make sure you have everything you need before you start! I just dont understand where you are planning to go with 17 50mg D-bol pills.?? IF you take 1 before you work put, you only have 2 1/2 weeks worth what are you doing after that? I dont care what steroids you take aint no way in hell your gonna gain 20# of muscle in under 3 weeks!! Muscle cant even grow that quickly! This goal of yours would take 4-6 months of hardcore dieting, and training, and at your weight you are to small to be trying to do a bulking cycle! You can gain 20# over the next year naturally without drugs! I would bet money right now (if I had any LOL) That if you take those D-bols at the end of a month you will way less than you do now and be smaller than now and you will on top if it screw up your natural production of test and Estrogen and other things as well.
Stick around here for a while and learn. and if your buddy gave you an "order" of 20 D-bols but has no Ancillaries Like Nolva or Letro he obviously has no clue himself and I would not be listening to him at All!!
