    First timer

Im looking to lose body fat in the begining while Im gaining muscle mass. I dont want to get ****** right away, because I know thats impossible. I completely cut out beer, fast food, and all soft drinks. I used to be a muscular guy, and felt great. I have been out of the gym for a few years.
I told my doctor that I had started lifting again, and he gave me androgel , and said that we would do injections starting next month.
I have very limited knowledge of what I should even ask him for. I had my test level checked, and it was considered a little low for my age.
Can anyone steer me towards the right combination that I could ask him for?
I dont want to push him, but I do have the low T level on my side for now.

Also, I hear the androgel is expensive, and does very little. I have a good insurance plan, but the androgel is still high. So any insurance help would be appreciated.

there was a better way for you to get your post count up without bumping old threads which moves the new threads that NEED attention DOWN on the list.......

PM's are not automatic at 25 posts.
you need to make sure you replied to your activation email
you need to make sure that the PM feature option is turned on in your USER CP
you should also check other options like automatic subscription to threads you post in
and making sure the SIGNATURE feature is turned on as well

then READ the stickies at the top of the main forum , especially the RULES< and the SOURCE CHECK thread

Insurance company's have no compassion when it comes to TRT . What is he thinking next month ? Give us some more info , age . The end would have to justify the means for the gel . I have no knowledge of it

Also I trained for about 4 years at one time, but thats been a few years ago now.
I had my test level checked and it was 328. Seemed very low to me for my age
