    first stack- test prop+dbol

    Hi guys just looking for some advice from you more experienced dudes.
    im planning on starting my first course of aas. now i have been training for about 2 years ,seriously hard for the last year, made some good gains,

    but know i want to push a bit more ive been this weight for a while now
    currently=
    6'0
    190 lbs
    15% bf

    now ive got some test prop and a shit load of dbols,and i have been researching
    i know i should inject eod and im only stayin on the dbol for first 4 weeks.
    but how much would u think i should inject/swallow?
    maybe half a mil eod and 400mg dbol ed?
    any help would be appreciated dudes.
    also whats the story with injecting, do i need to mix with oil or something?
    lookin all over for the inject help thread, i saw it before but i cant find it now
    and dont worry im not gonna start until im 100% on everything
    im just honestly tired of researching so much my head hurts..

    He's six ft. Your stats are a little man bro. 190 at 6ft isn't that big. Especially at 15% bf. Tell us in detail about your diet. And I assume you mean 40mg and not 400mg of dbol a day.

    ok well thats the other thing
    i find it very hard to eat every two hours cause of my work, im an electrician and my boss would have my head if he saw me goin for a drink of water never mind a meal every 2 hours.
    so i eat when i can
    for breakfast- porridge, 4 eggs , protein shake

    lunch- chicken breast, cheese, wholegrain bread

    dinner- chicken breast or ground beef, new potatoes veggies

    workout bout 8 o clock in the evening

    post workout- protein shake, banana, weetabix

    before bed- tuna sandwich wholegrain bread full fat mayo , shake

    think its 230g - protein
    300g- carbs
    30g - fat
    i know i should be eating more and im gonna try when i start my cycle, unless you have some pointers on this diet to improve?

    oh and im 24 by the way sorry
    and i just got 2 x 10 ml vials of prop can get more whenever, and ya sorry meant 40mg dbol ed
