what would you think a susta cycle should be inorder to get the best result with less side effects?

How long are you planning to stay on?
Whats your stats?

All these things must be considered, do some search on sustanon - you will find lots of great info.

I did a 12 week 500 mg/week and it gave pretty good results, but I would recomend that you combine it with something else (deca, winny etc.) to get maximum results.

to get full advantage of sust you should injet eod day, mon, wen, fri,
the best dosage is 750mg/w, as you see it's no cycle for beginners, and therefor, do you want take less than that you should choose some other aas, enth och cyp.
