bf% is usually 12-15%
lifting for 4 years
been following a fairy consistent diet that i found on the diet forum
looking to gain as much lean muscle as i can and then cut towards the end
my first cycle i want to do it right and simple.....
test e weeks 1-10..... or is 1-12 better any suggestion????
also i read dbol as a kickstarter but i would rather not mess with the stuff will my gains still be good even if i just run test e???

also had questions about using clen to help me cut at the end.... when do i use this and for how long and how much per week?

use test e for 10 or 12 weeks
not interesting in dbol will i still have good gains
is my pct ok or how can it be perfect
how can i use clen at the end and when to loose left over body fat and to cut
