alphadrol the fist time completely shut me down . ihad no pct b/c i didnt realize how powerful the stuff was. my strenght went throgh the roof gives you water bloat too! im thinking on running it again after im back to normal . my total test is still low at 201 ng/dl. my liver count and lipids came back fast. well my question is if i run nolva at alow dose during the cycle 4 weeks, and up the dose and throw in 6 oxo for pct will that work out maybe?

Well I'd personally give myself a little longer to fully recover.

But if you want to start now, then run the prohormone cycle, and then one day after you finish your alphadrol, begin taking nolvadex for PCT

weeks 1 - 2 @ 40mg ed
weeks 3 - 4 @ 20mg ed

Hope that clears up the questions.

Don't run the nolva during the prohormone cycle.. (unless gyno symptoms suddenly appear)

Well honestly running the nolva during a cycle would almost defeat the purpose of using a prohormone (since a lot of it will be water weight)..

In any case, if you want to keep water retention down you might want to look into arimidex.. which is an AI that you could run while using the PH.

I mean it's your call man.. but I believe if you correct your diet, and drastically reduce sodium intake you will retain much less water this time around.

this is the other they relate to tren:19-norandrosta 4,9 diene 3, 17 dione. thesen are the two compounds in alpha -drol. they call it several things .

pheraplex and tren xtreme combo. wouldnt touch the designer tren products myself. get blood work done on cycle and youll see what i mean. it kills libido, is gyno in a bottle and is very toxic. if you are going through all the troubles of a real cycle, why not do a real cycle?
