    DECA Question

    I just got off of a winny 90 mg a day tablet cycle for about three months lost some weight got a hard and now im looking to take deca to get a little bigger but also shred...i dont want to use the deca to get enormous but more so shred up can anyone suggest anything? and if so how to take it and with what im really new to this stuff but the winny worked so well im hooked

    not take deca by itself will kill you natural test levels. What about PCT? You should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS run test with any cycle. First cycle should be test e only 500 mgs a week.

    haha i know shit all compared 2 the others on here. but you wouldnt use deca for cutting mate. its for bulking.

    Anything could be used for cutting or bulking. Some are better suited then others because of the water retention you will get from different compunds and so on.

    Whats really gonna cut or bulk is not the compound but your cooking skillz.
