Now that I'm on the Anavar side of my cycle should I eat differently?
Currently running test for 12 weeks just started anavar at week 8. Should I try to eat less calories? Or still go for as much protein as I can get. Im currently around 230 6 foot 1. BF around 15. I want to cut but I also want to eat as not to waste the Test in my system. Thanks

Alot of protein few carbs if any.

i recon you can it still because i am at the end of my cycle with winstrol . I have 2 times a week pizza and choclate still i did harden up

I'm on last week of Test. I have 3 more weeks of anavar left. Should I start to cut back on my calories? I've gained about 17 pounds in last 12 weeks. I usually eat 4 egg whites in the am. I workout have my protein shake and an hour later fish or chicken with veggies or rice. Tuna later in the evening and maybe a protein bar here and there throughout the day. I know I'm not eating alot but trying to cut up. Should I stick with this diet? I 've still gained almost 20 pounds but I need to cut fat I'm at about 6 foot1 240 pounds. Thanks!

drop the protein bar its going to store fat on you. Look at yourself in the mirror and decide what you have to do if you have fat then les carbs more protein

Honestly I hate to be that guy that links you somewhere else but watch these videos. They helped me SO much. I am in week 4 of my test-e cycle and already gained 6+ lbs with little water weight. No joke, this is so helpful.

This is one of those posts that should have been asked before the start of the cycle! I do not want to e rude but if you are still not sure on how to diet, then you should not be cycling! You should have had the diet for this part of your cycle planned out weeks before you got to this point! But here you go!! Cut your carbs 20-40% this not only makes your body use fat as energy the deficeit of carbs lowers your caloric intake for the day. never cut protein unless absolutely necessary. Add cardio if this is still not working!
