    Lab names...

    Is asking someone about a lab name the same as asking for a source check?

    I was reading in muscular development today and article about over training and it said that sometimes even taking 6 weeks off doesn't give your body time to heal, is this true? Also what would your recommendation be on how many weeks to train hard, then take time off before hitting the weights again? OH and sorry about the tren insomnia, i haven't experienced that yet lol.

    everyone is different, I go about 8 weeks hard in the gym, take a full week off, then come back with a new routine to change things up.

    that seems to work for me. I have heard of some of the pros that actually take a couple months off then start up again. the only bad part there is you are gonna lose some strength and have to spend the first few weeks back getting it all back.

    but they are the pros, so I guess that works for them
