i go past seating possition *i cant even spell right now haha* i almost go near the floor but when i dead lift it shocks by back i dont no.. its weird.. i ****ed up my back when i was 16 power lifting for football since then i get spasms sometimes and cant get up its kinda funny but reason for turning to steroids would just be to improve faster.. BUT i have taken what every1 says into consideration and i was just here to find out if i should take it thats why i asked

so thanx for caring to the people say dont do it.. but for the creatine what kinda creatine would i take cause that shit i feel like it doesnt work... but what kind would u take? the drops, powder pills or what? give me some help
