Why is Cialis legal, how does that work?

A year ago or so I purchased 10g of cialis powder for research purposes (non consumption) from EDS research (I'm only posting there name because they were already busted) at a great price. I looked up the law and it is legal to possess w/o a prescription, but it can only be given out by a licenced physician.

Where in the law does it say that cialis can't be distributed by an indivual or a corporation?

I would love to start vending this if this is so.

The vendor was busted for selling some form of anabolic in pill form for research purposes, apparently the prosecuter said pills imply human consumption.

This is my first post here, and although I'm too young to use steriods I am very interested in learning all that I can about it, it is a fascinating subject to me.

It is not legal; the loophole is that in the states it's sold by these companies as a research chemical which allows it to be used on lab rats and the like. It is illegal for an individual to sell it for human use. The only legal way is to get an MD to prescribe it.

In countries such as Canada there is no such loophole and ergo we don't have 'research companies' here.
