    impossible to answer without knowing the dosage of it... whats it dosed at? you should get an oral syringe, itll help with accuracy

    i have the oral syringe... it says on it ml and tablespoons... but im not sure how much to take... and when.... thank you

    1 teaspoon is the equivalent of 5ml, 1 tblsp is equal to 15ml so unless you want to take kill yourself I suggest you get a syringe instead of guessing.

    use the ml markers

    .25ml = 50mcg
    .5ml = 100mcg
    .75ml = 150mcg
    1ml =200mcg

    you need to know how many mcg to take. then from there you can figure out how many ml that translates to.

    my bad... the oral syringe i have is a 1/2 teaspoon syring not tablespoon....
