    schedule for dosing hcg 3 days a week?

    I'm dosing hcg three days a week and started today (Thursday). I'm confused on how to implement three days a week dosing. may someone guide me? If i started on thursday, how sould i be shooting three days a week?

    why are you taking it 3 days a week? what is the cycle and the hcg plan?

    doctors order, 350iu three times a week for road to recovery.

    oh that's easy then, follow doctor's orders. whenever you're under a doctor's care, it's best to call them if you're unsure of their directions.
