Thumbs up Really bad shin splints

Hey all, I'm 31, 210lbs, 5'9 around 13%BF. I work out 5x a week and do cardio around 3-4x a week. I've been on a Anavar, Clen, T3 cycle for 3 weeks now. I did the Clen and T3 for the first 2 weeks now i'm off for another week. I'm seeing little gains. I'm trying to get leaner. I have been a runner for years but after a few days into my cycle i've been having really bad shin splints. I stretch it normally but it keeps pounding. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know the cause for it? does anyone have advice for my cycle? thanx

while sitting at your desk or on your couch, try using your foot to spell out the alphabet a couple of times. I know it sounds a little wierd but try it and see what I am telling you works.

I do cardio and its A LOT of my training....i find when i gain weight fast it's more frequent, but you said you werent really gaining??

I think it has to do with pump too when on AAS....but im still trying to figure this out to be completely honest. Im interested in this too so i'll be keeping an eye here....

Yeah my ankles, feet, calves and shins kill me after a cardio workout. should I lower my dosage on the Var. I'm up to 60mgs now. I'm a little over 3 weeks into my cycle.

listen, this is what works..... buy new shoes !!

soo the sam constant hitting on you feet that happens when you do cardio is what causes it.....
wear a different pair everytimr you do cardio.... have about 3 pair of shoes.... try it, ive told about 20 people the same thing and its worked everytime..... worked for me too

hope this helps man, that shit sucks

Thanks for the advice. I do have a few pair of running shoes. I've been running for years and have done several half marathons but i've never felt this pain before. I know it has something to do with the cycle i'm on.

i have the same issue with shin splints.. they drive me nutz!!! but i have a solution!! you need to go to a foot doc to see if your flat footed.. if this is so, then some insouls will fix your prob.. i couldn't run for more then 3 days straight without shin splints, with the insouls i can play basketball 5 days a week with very very little discomfort.. check it out

shin splints are caused by overstride or the heal of the foot landing to heavily, if you go to a good running shop they have technology to look at how you run and recomend footwear based on the shape of your foot and the way it lands on the ground, very expensive though.
