    so guys i bench 200lbs and deadlift 395 just wanted to know on a dbol kickstarting cycle with test e how much u think i could increase that if my diet is set and my workouts are good

    hahahah, I calculated it the same as with all these questions,,,

    there is NO ONE that can answer this for you.....too many factors involved....including genetics, so I just randomly picked numbers as that is as close as anyone else will be able to tell you......SHOOT FOR THE STARS and see what you hit

    without the help you could increase your max 20-25lbs in about 6 weeks if you are in the beginning phases of working out. If 200 is your initial max without having previously worked out to increase it, then safe to say 225 naturally is a good goal in 6-8 weeks. Now with the help you are giving yourself, 2x that. Whether or not your joints/tendons/ligaments are up to it is another story. There are workouts that are specific to increasing your 1rep max. Different % of your max weight are used with varying reps/sets to increase 1rep max. With help it is much easier to just lift heavier more often, you can't help but get much stronger in a short time. There should be 1rep max workouts on the web.
