    my first cycle. please critique

    im 21 y/o, 5'10'' , 220lbs, 15%BF . i would like to cut around 210-215 i think i've maxed out what i could gain natrually besides maybe another pound or two. i've been training since i was 13 for football and after my senior year when i got hurt and lost my scholarships i started powerlifting and bodybuilding instead.

    the cycle i plan on running goes as is and some criticism/suggestions would be appreciated.

    test cyp @200mg, 2 times a week.
    D-bol @25mg ed for 4 weeks
    arimidex @.5mg eod throughout cycle.

    my pct i still am not sure. i want to run nolva and clomid but should i keep the arimidex in also? if there are any suggestions for what the cycle should look like or what i should use i would like to hear them. also is a 23 gauge needle good or should i go bigger?

    my diet is pretty in check i'll probably just eat extra of this once i start but my regular days as right now are about 6 meals. two chicken breasts, a cup of brocholli, and a few spoon fulls of peanut butter everymeal.

    I've researched alot and I've been researching it since i was 18 im ready to do this. now i would just like some input

    I'm sure you know, your still pretty young for using juice.... With that being said your cycle looks good, you must get your pct straight before you even start though. I run adex while on cycle, but only clomid and nolva for pct. Eat sleep and train good and you will get good results.

    Oh yea, 23 g X 1 1/2 work great for glutes. I always draw with a 20g and shoot with a 23.

    do you have any recommendations of mg and how long to run for pct?
    40mg nolva 4 weeks and then the clomid 100/75/50/25?

    5. eod seems high, the rule i follow is:
    .25 ed if gyno sensitive & or bloat easy
    .25 eod if not gyno sensitive

    i put .5 brotha.. lol you think thats low? i have no idea if im gyno sensitive though since this would be my first cycle.

    I ran adex at .5 every cycle. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Never even had a thought of gyno coming on. My pct is like this

    nolva 40/20/20/20

    clomid 100/50/50/50

    awesome. thanks for the replies. also training the same bodypart twice a week permissable with juice? right now i only train each major muscle group once a week with about 4 sets in the 6-10 rep range heavier weight.

    Just so you know, at 21 you are no where near maxed out on natty potential!! You need a dramatic diet change because your metabolism and internals change as you get older! As everyone on here will agree with this, If your diet is not correct now, then you will definately not get maximum potential from the gear so would it not be smarter to get your diet spot on first! It could save you a ton of money and you might be surprised at the gains you start making from it also!!

    I would need to know what you are eating now in order to make that assumption! I also want you to hear this... in order for any gear you do to work properly your doet would need to be spot on! Since that needs to be done 1st anyways, would you not agree it is smart to give this a shot 1st? might just be saving yourself a ton of money!

    Each body part 1 time/week , natural or not . Body needs time to recover . When you juice you strain more muscle fibers . Even with positive nitrogen balance .

    I ran 10 mgs ed of tamo, for a 12 week cycle.No gyno.Pct looks like this:

    HCG -500 iu's 20 days.
    Clomid-100/50/50/50.
    Tamo-80/60//40/20/10.

    This is based on a 12 week cycle of test E and deca .So, the PCT is a little longer.You can run HCG alot of different ways.The important facts here are that you have your auxiliary compounds in place.Your 21, so this is really to young to cycle.The basic reason for this is that at your age, you can screw your HPTA for life.As for diet, needs to be tweaked.But I've seen alot of diets posted that are awful.Hope this helps you.Titanium.

    I do not thi nk there is any need for HCG ! Clomid and Nolva work mjust fine

    I posted what I've been eating in my original post. I usually have 40 g protien 20 g carbs and 16 g fat each meal

    Also I'm not hard up on a cycle right now and any good advice on a new meal plan would be greatly considered and just save the cycle for a later day.
