    D-Bol/Test En Cycle (Pictures Included)

    Age- 21
    Height - 5'8''
    Weight - 165 lbs
    BF - 8-9% (?)

    Diet;
    Calories (p.day) - 3,600
    Protein - 350g
    Healthy carbs & fat (almonds)
    NO supplement usage

    I've done my research as much as I can, I believe. Here is what I plan on running for my first cycle next week;

    WK1-4: 20mg/ Dbol
    WK1-12: 500mg/ Test En
    PCT - Nolva, Milk Thistle, Natural Liver Cleanse in addition to MT.


    When on cycle I'm going to shoot for about 4,000/4,200 calories with about the same protein (little more) but more added carbs and less fat. I'm also going to try and increase from 4-days in the gym to 5, separating my abs and traps into a session all of their own.

    As a, "newbie", does this sound okay to you Vet's?


    Note: I'm unsure of my exact BF%, if you think 8-9% is incorrect, please let me know.

    your to young and to skinny to start useing gear you do not need it what you do need is just eat right and train hard and it will come with time.

    by the looks of it i think your bf is lower then 8% but you do not need steroids .

    Go to the doctor and have that tap worm removed before you strave to death.

    Then go to the diet fourm and post up those pics. They will help. No steriods will help you with mass at this point, none you will keep anyway

    Yeh I would pin you at about 7% if I had to guess! If you were smart because it looks like you have a decent muscular build you would just trasin super hard naturally and eat like a starvin marvin!! I would bet money with the right diet and exercise program, you could 12-20# of pure muscle on over the next year! The n think about it! you would be around 23 years old! have close to 20 solid pounds on your frame then do a cycle! You would yield a lot more gains if you did something like that. I would love to have had your base when I was your age! I would be 215# with that same ab and waist! would never even want to touch the gear because everything zi put on your frame would be there for ever if I stayed away from the Sauce!

    heya bro u could easyly gain another 15-20 pounds this year by eating. Really you are just way to skinny. If you eating as much as you claim you would be alot bigger than that!

    Yea bro, 21 is a bit too young. You should have enough natural test to build some quality muscle. Im 5'8" and was 190 b4 i started juicing. Check out the diet section, and see if they can help ya. Good luck

    For real man you need to eat and eat a whole lot .

    You need to put on like 20 pounds just to start . You are very skinny with MINIMAL muscle mass.

    You have to lower the cardio it looks like you do more than 5 days aweek.

    And go into a major BULKING DIET along with a proper MASS ROUTINE with plenty of REST to build those slabs of muscle (20 pds)

    forget everything you're too young for juice wait until after 25 when you metabolism starts to slow down before i used to eat eat dont gain an ounce. now i eat my ass jiggles for a month just take your weight gainers and protein shakes maxxs are great for weight gain

    Sorry guys - I went on a short vacation over the weekend and forgot my computer home.

    Thank you for all the advice, I'll keep my regiment natural as suggested and post in the Diet forum... I appreciate the suggestions.
