I've done my research as much as I can, I believe. Here is what I plan on running for my first cycle next week;
WK1-4: 20mg/ Dbol
WK1-12: 500mg/ Test En
PCT - Nolva, Milk Thistle, Natural Liver Cleanse in addition to MT.
When on cycle I'm going to shoot for about 4,000/4,200 calories with about the same protein (little more) but more added carbs and less fat. I'm also going to try and increase from 4-days in the gym to 5, separating my abs and traps into a session all of their own.
As a, "newbie", does this sound okay to you Vet's?
Note: I'm unsure of my exact BF%, if you think 8-9% is incorrect, please let me know.
