Looks like I got hit with a baseball.

So Im doing my usual rotation of Prop and got to the left glute and the next morning it was slightly raised and looks like a few day old bruise. The discomfort is less than the quad I previously whined about.

Im doin 250mg mon/thurs would it help anything if I went to like 125 EOD all week? And If I cut my batch with a bit more oil would it help any?

WOW yeah... ever 3.5 days on prop? WTF dude? Prop is supposed to be EOD.... Did you research before jamming that needle..... ??? EOD not every 3.5 days. 3.5 days goes for E or C. Not prop.

From your threads either you really cannot handle prop or your sh1t is not very clean.

The bruise is probably from moving the needle around to much during your last injection.
