On june 25th i ended up getting reel sick with the flu. By the 27th i was in the hospital with severe dehydration and want able to eat anthiing for days. i just got outta there yesterday. im just getting food down now and liquids. Now here is my question, Im 35 days in on a sust 250 cycle that was 1ml eod. So ive missed 4 shots now and feel like crap still. should i start my cyle back up or quit now an start mt pct??? the doctor i asked just told me i should stop cause they were unhealthy. Any advice would be helpfull.

well if it was me and I had enough gear I would probably just keep going. you already have some in your system and you only missed a little over a week! If you have enough gear keep going, maybe shoot 1ml 2 days in a row then skip a day just to pump the levels up again. but the question is... how long before you think you will be able to eat regularly and start training again. If you think in the next few days you will be 80-90% then keep going, if you are oing to be down for another week trying to eat and recover etc. maybe redo and resubmit!

I agree but it truly sounds as if your too weak and need to recoupe.

I think you will be much better off running a PCT . And starting over fresh.

It dosent sound to me like your gonna be able to catch up.

Its always a personal choice. But your body(immune system ) is screaming for you to rest so it can heal right now.

No one wants to stop and have to start again later. I beliver you would save many and get more gains next time around

    I agree
    ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
    ALWAYS!

If your just getting back to your feet how do you expect to process all the foods you need and also train at the right intensity?
    Recoupe and come back focused
